Terms of service

1. Introduction

TorSentinel ("we", "us", "our") provides privacy services: Stealth VPN, Armor (a WireGuard VPN with forwarded ports and a SOCKS5 proxy for torrenting) and Monitor (torrent IP leak alerts), together "the Service". These terms govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using it, you agree to them.

2. Who we are

TorSentinel is a registered company operating from RAK Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. For support, contact [email protected].

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally able to enter a binding contract
• You are responsible for keeping your account and credentials secure
• You are responsible for everything done under your account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not allowed

4. What the Service includes

Stealth VPN: a VPN that looks like ordinary HTTPS, for networks that block VPNs, with the StealthLink app. Free access has limits on speed, session length, daily use and devices; a paid plan removes them.

Armor: a WireGuard VPN with a forwarded port at every location, a SOCKS5 proxy for your torrent client, the Armor app for desktop, and Monitor included.

Monitor: private tracking torrents, announce monitoring, a safelist of trusted IPs and networks, and alerts by email or Telegram.

5. Acceptable use and legal compliance

What TorSentinel does

• Provides network privacy and IP leak protection
• Watches torrent swarms for your own tracking torrents to detect privacy failures
• Runs VPN and SOCKS5 proxy infrastructure

What TorSentinel does not do

• We do not host, index, store or distribute torrent files or copyrighted content
• We do not monitor, log or review your traffic or activities
• We do not give legal advice about copyright or file-sharing law

Your obligations

• Comply with copyright and intellectual property law where you are
• Only access, download or share content you are allowed to
• Do not use the Service for illegal activity, including hacking, fraud or harassment
• Do not abuse network resources in a way that degrades the Service for others

Enforcement

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaking these terms, illegal activity, network abuse or non-payment
• Excessive use may be subject to fair-use limits

6. Plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans are monthly or yearly (see pricing). By buying one, you authorise us to charge the recurring fee through our payment processors (Stripe for cards, a crypto payment processor for cryptocurrency) until you turn renewal off.

• Prices are shown in USD at checkout
• Taxes may be added as the law requires for your billing location
• Yearly plans cost less than twelve monthly payments; the exact prices are on the pricing page
• Plans renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew before the renewal date
• Failed payments may lead to suspension

7. Cancellation and refunds

To cancel: sign in, open the service, go to Billing and turn off auto-renew. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

• 7-day money-back guarantee: card payments can be refunded in full within 7 days of the first charge
• Crypto payments: not refundable, because blockchain transactions cannot be reversed
• Renewals: generally not refundable once the renewal period has started
• No refunds for accounts closed for abuse or breaking these terms

8. Free access and trials

Stealth VPN offers free access with limits so you can check that it works on your network. Armor and Monitor have no free trial; the 7-day money-back guarantee on card payments lets you test them.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice, and may change, suspend or withdraw features with notice where practical. Live checks are on the status page.

10. Privacy

See the privacy policy for how we collect, use and protect personal data, and the no-logs policy for what we never record.

11. Security

• Connections to the website and the Stealth VPN gateway use TLS
• Armor WireGuard VPN connections are encrypted with WireGuard
• Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

12. Intellectual property

• We keep all rights to the Service, our software, trademarks, logos and content
• You keep ownership of your data and configuration
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of our apps
• Our name, logo and branding may not be used without written permission

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement
• Uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of monitoring results
• That the Service will meet your specific needs

Limitation: to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TorSentinel and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

15. Termination

• You can turn off renewal at any time from your dashboard, and delete your account on the delete account page
• We may suspend or terminate your account at once for breaking these terms
• We may terminate accounts for extended non-payment
• On termination, your access ends
• Data retention after termination follows the privacy policy

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
