1. Introduction

Welcome to TorSentinel ("we", "us", "our"). We provide comprehensive torrent privacy protection services including real-time leak monitoring, SOCKS5 proxy gateway, and WireGuard VPN with Port Forwarding ("Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Service Description

Monitor Plan:

• Private test torrent generation for leak detection
• Real-time announce monitoring and instant alerts
• Safelist management for trusted IPs/networks
• Email and webhook notifications

Armor Plan (Full Protection):

• All Monitor features plus:
• SOCKS5 proxy gateway with automated leak shielding
• WireGuard VPN with port forwarding
• Multi-location server access
• Priority support

5. Acceptable Use & Legal Compliance

What TorSentinel Does:

• Provides network privacy and IP leak protection for torrent clients
• Monitors torrent swarms to detect privacy breaches
• Offers SOCKS5 proxy and VPN infrastructure

What TorSentinel Does NOT Do:

• We do not host, index, store, or distribute torrent files or copyrighted content
• We do not monitor, log, or review your traffic or activities
• We do not provide legal advice regarding copyright or file-sharing laws

User Obligations:

• You are responsible for complying with copyright laws and intellectual property rights in your jurisdiction
• You must have legal authorization to access, download, or share any content through the Service
• You must not use the Service for illegal activities including hacking, fraud, harassment, or other criminal conduct
• You must respect our network resources and avoid excessive abuse that degrades service quality

Enforcement:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, network abuse, or non-payment
• Excessive bandwidth usage may be subject to fair use policies or throttling

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes

The Service is offered as a monthly or annual subscription (see Pricing). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring fee via our payment processors (Stripe for cards, BiglyPay for cryptocurrency) until you cancel.

• Prices are shown in USD at checkout
• Taxes may be added as required by law based on your billing location
• Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount
• Subscription auto-renews unless canceled before the renewal date
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Card payments are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first charge
• Cryptocurrency payments: Non-refundable due to blockchain transaction finality
• Renewals: Generally not refundable after the renewal period begins
• Refunds for abuse or Terms violations are not provided

8. No Trial Period

We do not offer free trials. However, our 7-day money-back guarantee allows you to test the service risk-free with card payments.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability and uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with advance notice where practical.

11. Security

• We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures
• All connections use TLS/SSL encryption
• WireGuard VPN connections are end-to-end encrypted
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

12. Intellectual Property

• We retain all rights to our Service, software, trademarks, logos, and content
• You retain ownership of your data and configuration
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without written permission

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of monitoring results
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TorSentinel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms
• We may terminate your account for extended non-payment
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
• Data retention after termination follows our Privacy Policy

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of RAK, UAE.
