From Dashboard:

- Navigate to Settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens:
- Auto-renewal stops immediately
- Access remains until period ends

3. Refund Policy

First Month / First Year:
- Full refund available within 7 days of your initial charge

Renewals:
- Generally non-refundable after the renewal period begins

7. Service Credits
