How does the money-back guarantee work?
If a paid plan isn't right for you, contact support within 7 days of paying by card and we refund you in full. Crypto payments are not refundable. Details are in the refund policy.
How do I cancel?
Sign in, open the service, go to Billing and turn off auto-renew. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, or crypto payments. Cards are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Crypto payments are not refundable.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Ask support and we switch it the same day; yearly plans cost less per month.
Can I buy Stealth VPN and Armor together?
Yes. One TorSentinel account can hold several plans; each plan gets its own VPN username and password. Pausing or cancelling one never affects the other.
Do I need Monitor if I buy Armor?
No. Armor includes Monitor: the same torrent IP leak alerts, for up to 8 torrent clients instead of 5. Buy Monitor on its own only if you already have a VPN or proxy you want to keep.
