Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the TorSentinel Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The TorSentinel Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to TorSentinel services. When someone purchases through your affiliate link or uses your promo code, you earn a commission on qualifying sales.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Standard Tier

• 40% commission on initial purchases made through your affiliate link or promo code
• 30-day cookie duration for attribution
• No commission on renewals at this tier

2.2 Elite Tier

• 40% commission on initial purchases
• 30% commission on all renewal payments from your referrals
• Automatic qualification: 20+ converted referrals in a calendar month
• Tier status is reviewed monthly

3. Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid payment method for receiving commissions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be a current employee of TorSentinel

4. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use spam, unsolicited email, or any form of mass messaging
• Make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about TorSentinel
• Bid on TorSentinel brand terms in paid advertising
• Use cookie stuffing, ad injection, or similar techniques
• Create fake accounts or self-refer
• Offer cashback, rebates, or coupon codes not authorized by TorSentinel
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Promote TorSentinel on sites containing illegal, adult, or harmful content

5. Payment Terms

• Minimum Payout: $50 USD
• Payment Schedule: Monthly (first week of each month)
• Payment Methods: PayPal, Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT), Bank Transfer
• Holding Period: Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout (to account for refunds)

6. Tracking and Attribution

• We use 30-day first-touch cookie tracking
• Customers using your promo code at checkout are attributed to you
• If a customer clears cookies or uses a different device, attribution may be lost
• We reserve the right to adjust attribution in cases of fraud or error

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

Commissions for orders that are refunded, charged back, or disputed will be reversed. If you have already been paid for such commissions, the amount will be deducted from future payouts.

8. Intellectual Property

TorSentinel grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our trademarks and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting TorSentinel as an affiliate. You may not modify our trademarks or create derivative works.

9. Term and Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause
• Upon termination, all pending commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited
• Approved commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out per normal schedule
• TorSentinel may immediately terminate your account for violation of these Terms

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The affiliate program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any level of sales, commissions, or earnings. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

11. Limitation of Liability

TorSentinel's liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount of commissions earned by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, commission rates, and program structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
